Red Oak Load

Yesterday received 5 cords of logs all red Oak for $500. This along with a full wood shed and other stacks around the property I should be good for the next 5 years.

Good Lord what a load of wood. I love red oak, that funky smell. Easy to split.

I’ll start processing some of this when it cools off this fall. I also have a lot of dead standing Aspen trees that need to come down. I like to burn that stuff in the shoulder seasons and in my sauna stove.
