Regency Hampton GCi60 Flame Issues

Well it could be multiple issues, if it run normal before the cleaning it may be they left a clean out open or not sealed up well. It could also be the combustion motor has started to get weak and not move air well enough. Did they clean out the exhaust all the way to the rain cap on the chimney? When they come out and check it, be there and watch what they do. If a stove is kept clean and maintenance done as it should, im sure you will enjoy it more than 15 years. My quadrafire cb1200 is in its second home and has over 25 years under its belt😎
