Replacement Majestic Chimney Cap - aka Pink Unicorn?

A home inspection indicated a missing chimney cap. Anticipated the hardest part about replacing it would be to find someone who had availability to do it in a week or two. How wrong that was. We've contacted several Chimney service companies and none are able to find a replacement cap for our gas Majestic fireplace.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a place where I might find a replacement or even get a picture of what it looks like to have it fabricated?
