Will they go the extra mile and stand behind their product after the sale? Do they know their craft? Anybody had a Kedel installed by them and would you recommend them?

I believe his request was with the best of intentions... I'm in hopes the issue is less of an issue than the original post made it out to be. IE hopefully leaking PLUMBING vs a "broken boiler". Hopefully Pat clarifies the issue after its fully resolved and persons involved are allowed to rectify suspected issue on their own.EDIT: Post deleted per the request of the OP. When the original rebate was announced there were only going to be 50-100 rebates allowed by consumers, I don't remember which. Since MESys and probably Interphase/ReVision lobbied for the rebate they had prior knowledge of it and those "slots" were filled IMMEDIATELY upon release of the rebate program. It appears as though ReVision thought the rebate "slot" was theirs, and not the consumers (Pat's) ~ and strong armed Pat into making a decision before he wanted to.
