I also have a 6526, basically the same thing as the 6150. Depending on how you burn them, I've had coals enough left to start a fire at about 10 hours. 8 hour burn times are pretty realistic

How many square feet are you heating with the 6150, and how well insulated is your home? I just ordered a 6150 myself.
