I have a DOM 2006 Lennox Montage 32FS Pellet Stove. I have put too many parts & labor to replace.
Since we purchased our house in 2018, the pellet stove rumbled loudly-somtimes for 3 Minutes. I added rubber pipe tape to the back cover & checked nuts & bolts for tightness.
Then I read on this blog TO REDUCE THE AIR INTAKE. PRESTO! PROBLEM SOLVED.
I used foil tape & ended up reducing the air intake by 50%.
I taped over the upper & lower "slits."
Carful not to reduce too much, you will end up with a DIRTY BURN-ESPECIALLY at high heat setting.
