Rust spots on concrete drive?

I have rust spots on the concrete driveway.

Just finished up with putting a new roof on the house, and where the dumpster was sitting (dripping and leaking) there are two fairly large rust spots.
I tried to hose them off and scrub them just with a push broom, but no luck. Maybe a bit lighter, but still there.

Any suggestions as what to use to clean them off?
