Hey there!
Can't find a darn thing online about this stove. Knowing how Scan rolls, I'm guessing I'll be hard pressed to find any parts, but thought I could say least find documentation of this things existence (beyond attached photos).
I'm looking to:
1) Replace what I'm calling the "ember log base" - it's a flat piece that overlays the burner plate and is made of the logset material.
2) Get a backup pilot assembly lined up. Looks like a SIT valve but no idea the hood height measurement, etc
Scan-stoves.com all but denies any existence of gas units. Couldn't find anything on Jotul site. Saw there was a recall on gas inserts (Jotul/Scan) at some point- perhaps that motivated Scan to fully pull-out from the market?
Any insight would be helpful. Was excited for my clients to have inherited a cool Scan gas unit, and don't want to have to tell them any damaged parts are irreparable!
Cheers.
