Short burn times with Dutchwest wood stove

Hi, i have a Dutchwest wood stove model 2478. I have short burn times even with the dampener fully closed. I recently replaced both door gaskets, ashpan gasket and windo gasket. Compared to before the replacements i am getting noticeably shorter burn times. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thank you in advance!

Did fuel change? Different species wood can vary burn times or just condition of wood.

Any chance some of those new gaskets aren't sitting level causing an air gap?
