Can you change the sprocket to fit both .325 and 3/8 pitch? I believe the stock one is only good for 3/8, and I have several of the other size from a retired saw.
 
You can change the spur sprocket to fit EITHER 3/8 or .325. Not both at the same time.

The .325" pitch sprockets must also fit the 455, if that's not obvious. And ... a .325" pitch drive sprocket will not work with a 3/8" pitch nose sprocket- you'll need a hardnose bar or one with a .325" pitch sprocket. Or a roller-nose.
