Hi!

I'm planning a through-the-wall chimney, and was wondering if there is a good target height for the hole.

I'll be using a very old hand-me-down stove for a season or two, then upgrading to a modern unit as my wallet catches up.

Does it matter, or will a telescoping stove pipe accommodate my plans?

Thanks for your help!
