1 game left, are the Panthers really going to blow a 3-0 lead and lose the cup for a second year in a row?

Go Oilers!

It would certainly be a unique story, to lose 9 of the first 11 regular season games, fire Woodcraft as head coach and replace with Knobloch, and then proceed to the cup.

The Oilers have made so many mistakes along the way too, so many missed opportunities in these playoffs games. If they can manage to keep this team together they could be an overwhelming force for seasons to come as they continue to improve as a team.

Draisaitl needs to get going.should be a great fast game.

Since there were about five former players for Florida that played for the Sabres, which former Sabre that left or got bought out this summer will win the cup next year.

Years back Ryan O'Reilly left, he won it with St. Louis, Bogosian left and then won it with Tampa, Eichel left and then won it with Vegas, see a pattern.

This summer,
Skinner was bought out by the Buffalo, he signed with the Oilers.
Eric Robinson signed with Carolina.
Jost signed with Carolina.
Girgensons signed with Tampa.

Victor Olofsson signed with Vegas / this kid can score 28 to 30 goals if he's with the correct people. Buffalo didn't think his compete level was where it should be so they either didn't play him or he dressed but didn't play much.
