Starting year five with the Vedolux. Year four was a very mild winter so only burned 3 1/2 cords of Yellow Cedar, am also getting better at adding the right amount of wood if one load does not bring storage up to temperature no overloads and idling .

That's quite the charge of wood! I know there's lots of cedar on the island for sure. Used to visit there all the time. Miss Point No Point.

Overall how is your satisfaction of the Vedolux?
Any issues with the controls?
Have you protected the power coming in to the boiler? I ask as i have very dirty power where i live.
I have been watching your journey with the new boiler as i will have to replace mine at some point.
Thank You

No control issues . Have gone threw one nozzle. Our power is clean and in a power failure run with a Honda EU generator. Very happy with the boiler and it only takes 15 minutes to fully clean and clean about every 12 fires.

How is the nozzle to replace?
Cost? could you make a mold and cast your own?
Thank You again

To change the nozzle it takes no longer
than putting a piece of wood into the boiler really easy!
It would be tricky to make as the secondary air passes through it.
Can't remember the price as I bought four off them when I bought the boiler.
