Still waitng on my QF4300ST

Any one else have woodstoves on order from Quadra Fire, I placed my order on July 9. I've called the dealership where I ordered it from but they give me the nope its not in yet, I've emailed them twice with no responce (that Im not impressed with ) So I'll give them a call today.
Has any one ever dealt with Finest Hearth and home out of Bangor Maine? Was your experiance good or bad.

Im sure they arent hiding from you. From what i understand alot of dealers are in the dark about when they are getting stoves
