I have a ton of OK DF pellets left over from last year sitting in my garage with plastic still on. Should i leave plastic on or take off due to humidity in garage?

As Tony said they should be good

I've re-wrapped them by the ton and covered with tarps and straps...left outdoors for up to two years. Nevah a problem. Nevah. High and dry.

I store outdoors, factory wrapped with a pallet cover. I do see some condensation inside the factory wrap on occasion. I would consider a cheap de-humidifier if they were in my garage - although these days it may depend on your electric rates.

They will be fine inside a garage.

I've been leaving pellets outside for 8+ years. I just save the big white bags the factory wraps the pallets with and ill double bag the pallet then wrap more plastic wrap around them. Never a problem.
