Anyone else notice that the Home Depot Stove Chow pellets are A LOT worse than last year?? I understand that these are not a "quality" pellet but last year I had a lot better luck with them which is why I went with them. They are extremely ashy!! I was going to stock up during the summer with a good quality pellet but held off for the Stove Chow and now I'm regretting it.
. In my other stove, a Lopi Leyden yes, it is ashy and have to vacuum frquently. Decent heat output though. Going to be using my Hamer's and Energex after these 2 tons of Stove Chow run out. I have 2 tons each of those for the real cold stretch. Don't want a repeat of last when I ran out in the spring.
