Quadrafire MT Vernon A E 2009. I cleaned system after last season. I tried to fire up and wall thermostat lit and went blackish. I figured static electricity. I could see what was on screen with using flashlight lighting the screen. Stove dropped pellets, they tried to ignite and the exhaust blower was spinning. Large blower would not start and stove filled with smoke, along with a lot in house. I unplugged stove and tried to restart to remove smoke from stove with exhaust blower. Now the blower no longer runs.
Any suggestions that would cause these issues?

Have you checked all the fuses? It appears there are 3 fuses. It sounds like the combustion fan failed or the control card failed.

I have to tell you this does not look like an easy stove to troubleshoot based on the schematic.

Do you use surge protection? Did you touch the control card or any wiring during the cleaning? Was it unplugged for cleaning?

Does it come on all all? Does that model have a display screen? If so are you getting a fault?

Check the overheat snap disk also. It can be reset although it does not sound like the stove got hot when it failed.

Stove was unplugged after seasonal cleaning. It does have a surge protector. It I believe only one fuse for igniter. The display is completely blank. I've changed fuse in past and hope there is another option. Removed the 10 connectors and circuit board is a tedious process.

Take a look at the schematic in the manual page 35. It shows a fuse on the power supply board, and 2 on the control card.
I posted a link to a manual but take a look at your own paper manual as well.

I don't see your attachment. In my book page 35 is component location. There is no wiring diagrams or even a fuse location in my book.. I found out about fuse a few years ago on this site.
