I am a new pellet stove owner. I purchased my summers heat 55-SHP10 from lowes I got what I think is a good buy $585 for stove and $89 for pipe kit. I am wondering from other users of this stove what they have found to be the best settings. I have a victorian two story house. I have installed this in my basement and have left the floor grates open and basement door open a little bit. I am looking for suggestions on getting this air up to the mail level.

Settings will be different each stove depending on pellets and installation. If you are not getting the heat you expect you may want to review this thread about basement installs. https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/24263/
