Superior Heatform Main Air Vent cover

Looking for any source for a replacement Superior Heatform front vent cover with scroll. The pictures show what we are looking for plus what Superior listed as its part number and size (it's the 23B size: O.D. 30-3/8" x 6-1/4") or anything close to this size that we can mount HELP.

No luck finding one of these grate covers / so we decided to put black stainless steel mesh behind our original grate that semi hides the heat vents and looks great.
