Superior Underground Pex may start production on a small scale , sometime this June . Although this project was to be a joint venture , my associate is busy with a developing project , that will consume the majority of his time . So production would be on a very limited basis .
4 " corrugated HDPE pipe with 1 run of Oxygen barrier Pex from 1" up to 1 1/2" in closed cell polyurethane foam with an R value of 10.5 for the 1" Pex , R - 8.75 for the 1 1/2" Pex .
6" HDPE pipe with 2 runs of oxygen barrier Pex in closed cell polyurethane from 1 " up to 1 1/2" Pex.
2 runs of 1" Pex has an R value of 12.25
2 runs of 11/2" Pex has an R value of 8.75
Pricing would be comparable to other insulated Pex that is currently on the market . At this time , no shipping is available. Pick up would be available in Cattaraugus, NY. Pricing will be available soon . Thanks for your interest. Mark

Have you considered putting it is some kind of poly water pipe in stead of drain tile? Brand new drain tile can have pin holes in it. It would be a bummer to have it take on water.

Closed cell foam is waterproof, its used as a foundation coating. It's the same foam that anybody doing a foam in trench is using .Corrugated pipe is somewhat flexible and is available up to 250 ft. Poly water pipe has memory, ever try to unroll a 100 ft coil and keep it straight , almost impossible.

Mark , is the Superior underground pipe available yet ?
