Temp of Hearth floor

I was wondering how hot the tile floor gets when my stove is running at 500 degrees. The only thrmoeter I have is one for checking meat temp which I layed on the floor. The temp at 4 inchs out from the stove read 130 degrees. Is this normal?
I have 1/2 inch durok, 1/4 inch mortor and 1/4 inch tile. Total 1 inch above the subfloor. Is this to hot for the subfloor? Thanks.

No, the UL tests - just FYI....would say that wood and other combustibles can get as high as 170+ degrees.

You should have no concern at temps below 200 degrees on the top of that tile....and even not much concern at anything under 240-250
