I just had a new Avalon Olympic woodstove installed (w/secondary combustion). What is the best way to monitor temperature (specifically the method and location)?
Also, and good recommendations on temperatures to operate at? The owners manual doesnt mention temperatures at all (other then if it starts to glow it is getting too hot).
