6 degrees on the other side of my walls; 74 average degrees inside where I am in shorts, stove happily purring along @ 500. Life is good, nuff said.

Its in the negatives here outside and I have it in the 80's on the main floor (74 upstairs). Two stoves going though!
 
We and the dogs love it
 
Loaded the stove at 10 p.m. last night and woke up early to a stove full of coals. Raked them to the front and just watched the intense glow for about 45 minutes
while the rest of the house slept. 70 degrees in the coldest room upstairs. Minus 3 outside. Winter is so quiet. Nothing stirring, not even a mouse.
