Feeling the Heat

So looking at my stove and getting ready for winter. A lot of rust inside and a tad on the heat fins outside..is this normal?

Will post pics later if needed.

It's because of the humidity. It just sits inside rusting it. A container of Damp-Rid in the combustion chamber when you close the stove up will help with this.

A shot of penetrating oil or fogging oil after last firing-cleaning will go a long way too

So this is common and nothing to worry about? Take steps to prevent it?

Yes, can be worse with some fuels too.

Chapter 1, verse 1, go to, "The pellet mill" Pellet stoves are a fast changing dynamic and hard to put a solid note on how to.
