Hi Gang,
I've done some searching, but haven't come across an answer yet... What's the most effective thermometer to use for a Lopi Declaration and where's the best spot to place it for an accurate reading?

Many thanks!

I use a rutland and place behind the front face plate on the left or right side of the
fire box just above the stove opening.Than you can see it through the grill. To me
this is the best spot on this insert for a good reading.

Great! Thanks for the info. Placement was my big question...
Can't believe i'm actually looking forward to the cold weather this year!

You will be nice and warm this winter. :cheese:
