I'm considering purchasing a Hearthstone III, which the seller has listed for $200 w/ the following description:
Hearthstone Wood Stove for Sale. $200 OBO need it gone. Beautiful hearthstone wood stove. Needs some cleaning but is a gem and cranks out some SERIOUS heat. Damper is broken, but that's an easy fix with a stovepipe damper or someone who is handy with wood stoves.
Below are some photos of the firebox, followed by wider shots of the stove.
The back of the firebox looks damaged - but I'm not exactly sure what it's supposed to look like.
Curious what everyone's thoughts are regarding the condition of this stove, level of repairs it might need, etc.
