Gasket should be here by the weeks end and I will be changing the door glass gasket as well as the door gasket...I have changed many door gaskets but never a door glass gasket..Tips or tricks? BK Princess....

Clean it. Gasket should have sticky on it and go slow. Wear Gloves. Bigger worried is over tightening the glass in the door. Don't crack it. Make sure gasket is on both sides of the glass so it blocks smoke. It's really simple. Did it 2x on my old BK. Razor blade should clean it up. If you can soak with oven cleaner it will do the job. Try to do it outside for smell. Oh #1 don't drop it. Have some cardboard to put it on while cleaning and installing gasket.

If gasket doesn’t have adhesive . I Use blue painters tape to hold in place it will burn off in 1-2 fires

Gloves can be good, I’ve cut myself on the edge.

Keep it centered, go slow, and don’t stretch it. When you take the glass out, make a mental note of how tight the screws are. Perhaps biggest reason glass breaks is from being over tightened.

Thanks for the input guys!
