Trapezoid Shaped Wood Burning Zero Clearance

I had all the research done, great feedback from members on this site and thought I could install a Kozy Heat Z42. Turns out my existing wall framing (which is in a corner) is way to small. The face is 76" wide. Way to small for a Kozy Heat Z42.

Does anyone know of a good EPA Wood burning ZC that has a shape of a trapezoid? Preferably a 3.0 cubic foot. My house is 2 story and total of 1900 sq ft. I Want more than supplemental heat and the option of running forced air kit.
I have thought about the flame Monaco but I am just hesitant because it's the cheapest.

The Flame Monaco is essentially the same as the Osburn Stratford if you want more of a "brand-name" ZC fireplace. They are both from SBI. You could also check the FP10 of their high-end Valcourt line; that should be the Monaco/Stratford equivalent.
The Superior WCT6820WS may just barely fit if you can pull it out a bit. But that firebox is only 2 cu ft.

I think you will have trouble finding a 3 cu ft fireplace that fits in there. Good luck.

How about taking everything out altogether and installing a stove in that corner? That will give you plenty of additional options.

My thought is that a ZC is my only options. What exactly do you mean by putting a stove in the corner?

You can remove everything including the framing, finish the walls, make a nice hearth, and install a freestanding stove there. Maybe post some pics.

This is what I got to play with. It's a noise popper when you got a fire going.
Ill have to check out the free standing option.

Is it okay if I were to bump out the corner 76" wide x 12" depth x 52" height? Would that look goofy?

Also, if that were possible, the front 12 inches of the firebox would be encloved in the 52" space and the remaining 14" would sit in chase opening. Would there be any clearance issues with that?

I forgot to mention that the purpose of bumping it out is to try and fit a Kozy Heat z42.

You would have raise the header height so that the flue still has the proper clearance, but that's doable.

To help and clear the header height, I was thinking about attaching the 30 degree offset directly out of the adapter plate. Do you see any issues with that?

Total chimney height is aproximately 21 ft.
