I can't believe how bad they are this year. I have been using Barefoots for 20 years and this batch heavy ash & clinkers. Pellet size from a 1/4" to 1 1/2" The cheap Home Depot Green Supremes Lignetics are way better than the Barefoots.

I have not dug into the ones I got this year yet but I did notice that they were no the same last year as they produced a lot of ash and were dusty. I Do know that I paid quite a bit this year per ton and hope they are the same quality that they were in the past. I started burning them in 2014 and was always happy with the quality.

I moved our stove to our new house, and installed an outside air kit for the first time. I can't believe the amount of ash and soot on my glass. I thought it must have been somehow related to the house.... Makes me feel better that someone else is having trouble with them.

Joe, Good luck, hope your Pellets are better than the crap I got. I purchased 4 tons. Going to ask the Merchant to take back two tons.
