Hi, I'm new here and new to having a wood burning fireplace in my home. We just moved in and we called a chimney sweep and he replaced the back panel which was missing and filled the bottom which was cracked. My question is, is there something I can do to make the inside look better? I've heard of people painting the inside with BBQ grill high heat paint, is that safe? It looks quite hideous right now, as you can see in the photo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
