US Stove 1269e baffle

Does anyone know how to remove the baffle from the USs Stove 1269e for cleaning? I've read the manual and can't find a hint. First year with this stove and it'll be my last.

I didn't remove mine. Let the stove cool down, then cut a nice 8" diameter hole in the stupid fiber baffle beneath the stove pipe. REALLY improved the stove performance by about a thousand percent!
