the problem im having is burning pro pellets which are good pellet (by the way). is that im getting alot of black pellets that dont burn all the way

any suggestion maybe feed rate or draft settings ???
 
I agree, sounds like lack of oxygen. Either your draft is too low or you have a leak allowing air to enter the exhaust without going through the burn pot. Check door gaskets and ash clean out slides to make sure they are sealed.
 
Sounds like you need more draft air. try opening your bottom draft, and also make sure your cleanouts are closed. What heat range are you burning on? Is is possible the pellets got damp?
 
Either needs a knock down drag out cleaning or leaks somewhere. How old of stove and when was the last time you tested the door seal?
 
Ill bet You got a vacuum issue. Either clean outs are loose or door gasket is banged up. Maybe even the vacuum switch or line is plugged.
