a local guy is selling a slightly used quadra fire 3100 stove with the blower it looks almost new and he is asking $1800 for it. assuming I could talk him down to $1500 is this a good deal for the stove? he says he bought it new for $2500 the exact model number is 31st-acc and its 4 years old. also is there anything I need to look out for? thanks for the input.
