VC Defiant part source request

I need the small coil spring which mounts between the thermostat coil and the stove. It fits over the thermostat lever shaft at the point where the shaft screws into the stove back. This picture shows the part. In the pic I am tilting the thermo coil out to reveal the spring I would like to have source.

Haven't checked general spring sources as yet, been looking for the dang spring. I had it a few days ago.

Any info appreciated. If anyone has the spring (I think a small washer goes with it) I would be delighted to pay a fair price and shipping cost. [email protected]

BTW it is for my Defiant II.
