That's pretty cute. It looks like it might have been a coal burner. My guess would be from the later part of the 1800's, but that's just a guess. You should get some professional opinions from a few antiques stove restorers and shops.
 
If the manufacturer's name is stamped on this somewhere, where would it most likely be?
Hard to say. Looks inside the doors and on the back. Also check the undersides of removable pieces. Note that this may not be an American piece.
