Vistaflame vf170 pellet feeding problems

Hello recently I am having a problem with my vista line vf 170 pellet stove to where it will start feed pellets for awhile then just quit feeding thr pot burns out and it goes into shut down for awhile it I caught it and restarted it it would eventually keep running on its own but lately it has done it more ans mor it is constantly going to where it flashes ans I have to restart no one will look at it here so far because they didn’t install it can anyone help

Not familiar with this model, but have you cleaned the stove really good? When's the last time you cleaned it? How do you clean it? Did you clean the exhaust?
