Vogelzang VG5790 No start, no codes, burn chamber full.

Hello all, I have a Vogelzang VG5790. I left the stove for several hours, came back and noticed it was not heating. Upon examination I found the burn chamber was full of pellets and the exhaust fan is on high speed as if it's in shutdown mode.
If I turn the unit off and back on, it starts in this shutdown mode. If I push the power button again, it goes into start-up mode but doesn't feed pellets and the igniter doesnt heat up.
I've cleaned the stove including the exhust pipe. I've completed the control panel trouble shooting guide and everything funtions properly including the auger and ignitor. It shows no codes but does have two red dots on either side of the temperature number. I've also unplugged the unit for 30 mins to reset but nothing changed.
Any help would be appreciated!

We are helping someone right now with the Ashley and it appears to be the same.

I don't know what's up with your's, but maybe the vacuum switch.

Maybe an Ashley owner has had this problem.

You could have a bad control board:
30 80630 Pcba, Controller
I say this as you are not getting any faults.
How old is it, and has it always been plugged into a surge protector?
Has there been a power outage or surge lately?

I called tech support and they believe its the vacuum switch as well. Even though mine had continuity and I could hear it click while sucking on the tube...

Should give you a fault though. Check the tube the other way too (back into the stove). If you have an ohmmeter you can check the contacts (with the power and wires off) while gently sucking, and also check the wiring back to the display board.

I checked continuity which was good but not while drawing on the tube. I’ll try that.

I went through the board’s test process and it checked out. Still confused about no fault codes.

Should be Normally Open, and close when you draw air gently. If you had a reading ie 0 to less than 10 kohm without
sucking it failed closed. Make sure to short your leads together and check for zero
