I was doing my preseason inspection and noticed that baffle on my large FPX hybrid is slightly warped . It goes somewhat up. Also I've noticed a cracked brick. The unit was purchased last year from dealer that 30 min away. I'm gonna call dealer and explain situation. Are they gonna give me new brick and baffle to install? Are they gonna say that I need to prove that I have warped baffle ? Are they gonna say that I've over fired the insert?
What is your experience ? Just wanted to know what to expect before I call them.

P.S.: The baffle is slightly, but noticeably bent up in rear left corner

The dealer will replace the baffle under warranty. Then they will file a claim with Lopi, which will be denied because they will say you overfired it.
The dealer should take care of it if they are reputable.
