Warped fire board Englander 50-SHSSW02

So I have been running my englander made summers heat 50-SHSSW02 nonstop for about 1 month. It has been great and no issues except one. I looked last night and one board is warped badly. I haven't overfired the stove at all I have been very careful. The AAS feature almost ensures you can't over fire if you use it. I have been burning mixtures of larger and smaller splits mostly ash with some red oak. Anyway are these boards prone to warping? The stove has only been ran for 1 month I bought in March of this year but didn't install it until September. Anyone ever had a board warp? Looking at the warp it is enough to allow smoke to get through the gap.

i have the smaller version the 50-SHSSW01 the boards in mine are ceramic fiber boards (i think) they don't seem to have much movement to them, never thought that they could flex enough to warp. how tight of a fit do they have when the stove is cool?

Not the best of pictures, I removed the ceramic board and flipped it over because it was warped over the rods. So the bend pointed verticall

There is about 1/2" gap in the front between the 2 boards and around 1/4" at the back between the 2 boards.

The board on the right when looking at the front of the stove became warped so it looked like it was lifted at the ends away from the tubes so the board was warped upwards at the ends. I have since removed it and flipped it over. When I turned the board over I also added a 5/8" rod down the middle to take up the gap in the board so I don't have a gap anywhere around the edges of the boards. I will say the stove is running a little hotter now and having more complete burns. I had the boards positioned so the gap was even on both sides.

Pictures aren't the best with the fire going. I can get better ones tonight when she isn't firing as much. You can see there is a gap on the middle tube between the board but the front tube has no gap. You can also see how the gap between the boards is tapered getting smaller from the front to back.

Before replacing the board, check the tubes. In the 2nd to last pic, it looks like the spacing between the tubes in the pic are uneven. In any case, That minimal a gap seems like a none issue to me.
