Had my chimney liner installed less than a year ago. Have had the occasional drip here and there on the stove. Had the company come back out 3x with the most recent being a few weeks ago. They said they put a new chimney collar on but now it's worse than ever. I'm also concerned about the insulation packed into the chimney being wet.

Any help/ideas?

Is there a cap on the liner? Check out the top plate, cap and storm collar for a sloppy install. Hopefully it might just need a proper bead of silicone caulk.

Best to take a detailed picture(s) from the roof and post here. We will tell you what's wrong.

Was it cold out and the stove wasnt being used? Could be condensation running down.
