Spent months trying to decide on the best (price/function/form) stove. Pulled the trigger on the Pacific Energy FP30. Very pleased. It's installed in a two story room that opens to eating area/kitchen and a loft above. Well over 1000sqf. We have kept our furnace set at 65 during some very cold days and are very comfortable. Not to mention the beautiful flames. Purchased from http://www.chimneysweeponline.com. Delivery was over $600 but it was still the least expensive.
