I ordered 3 tons in June, driest summer in a number of years!

They got delivered today, I put 2 tons against the wall with a pallet jack and unloaded the 3rd on top of 1 & 2. When I was unloading them the bags were wet... like dripping wet! When I got down to the bottom row 4 out the 5 bags had huge clumps of wet sawdust in them. Can't wait until January when I get down to the bottom of #2 & #3!

I call the place I bought them from and he says bring them down and he will exchange the wet one. That's great in all but now I have to drive 20 min there , 20 min back possibly 3 times.

Never happened to me in 8 years...Supper Frustrating!

I bought a ton on Black Friday sale one year. The bags were sopping wet. I loaded up the bags I already stacked and took them back. The store actually stopped business with one supplier because of so many people having wet bags. But later on I noticed how this one employee didn’t seem to know what he was doing with a fork truck. So when they stacked them he would shred the plastic wrap. When he loaded mine he kept stabbing the bottom bags with the forks. I told them what I saw and I didn’t see him next time.

Had that happen last year, 1 ton out of my 6 delivered had a hole in the middle of the wrap, all told about 20 bags to bring back to "The Depot" to swap out. They didn't give me any hassle, but the worst part was that 3 employees came over to help me get 20 new bags. The open ton they had on display had just as many wet bags with "pellet bricks" in them as what I had brought in and these guys kept trying to load them on my cart. I finally had to say "Thanks, but go away" so I could get 20 good bags and not spend just as much time unloading the wet bags they were loading.

Fortunately this year, no problems on the 5 tons I had delivered.

"I feel bad for you pos. 2 hrs to return NGG pellets
Around here you would be told to get a life"

Guess that’s the difference between a Capitalist Country and a Socialist one pos

I have been called many things but never a socialist
So you think Canada is a socialist country WOW
You sure do not know the Canadian People
My pellets are delivered for free (part of the price) if
there is a problem they come and get the bad ones and replace them
Maybe that's why they coroner the market around here
Just good business
