Can anyone help me identify this exact model ? Seller says it is pacific energy summit but when I see the diagram online for the summit model it looks a bit different so I'm not sure... Also, what ''LE'' stands for regarding Pacific Energy stove ? Thanks

Looks like a Summit. There are 4 versions, from Summit A B,C, and LE. The latest model is the LE which stands for Low Emissions. This model came out in 2019. It meets the latest EPA emissions requirements.
