I am putting my stove pipe together and was wondering any help with high temp sealent.
thnks

My local Home Depot (in central MA) has pellet stove supplies including flue sealant. The package indicated that it was high temperature, high solids (fine silica) silicone glue. It also said that the metalwork needed to fit tightly and be secured with screws, (Probably because the sealant isn't relaible if there's a fire in the flue.)

RTV silicone sealer. If it can handle the exhaust from my race car it sure better handle the stove exhaust. And high temp comes in gold, red and black (iirc).

This is what I use and it's readily available from most car parts stores.
