Where to buy Koawool or the like?

Anyone know any good places to buy 1" Koawool or something like that? I've been searching but am not sure of the place I founds reputation...

Also, since your reading this, which density would you use to put between a insert and the fireplace for added protection? and yes the insert is rated for the fireplace.
