My stove will run on the 1 setting for around 5-6 hour, then the fire will die.
The burn pot has pellets so I know its not a temp switch, replaced lower / upper door seals,
ajusted the damper no luck. I watched the pellets drop, sometimes no pellet drop, I think the fire is going out do to no pellets falling, The stove runs great on 3,4,5. Any Help would be great.

Sometimes Whitfields will do that. You can try adjusting the damper setting a little bit. But most of the time it's going to be tough to get the perfect setting. You can also turn the auger voltage up a little bit if needed (that's on the new digital control panels).
