I am having an issue with my pellet stove shutting down . On low it will run for 30 to 45 minutes and then shutoff. On medium it will run 1 hour to an hour and a half then shutoff. I cleaned it out. Remove the photo eye lens and cleaned it. Vacuumed out the squirrel cage. Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?

Is the jumper for the thermostat in place? I would also consider replacing the photoeye with a snap switch. It wasn't hard at all, and there is a thread here on how to do it, although I don't think that that is causing your problem. I got rid of my profile 30 two years ago, so working from memory...

I've never had an issue until now. I bought it new and keep it clean. I just took it apart and cleaned it again. Photo lease is clean and clean out all ash. I just sat beside it while it ran. Ran for a good 45 minutes. Auger is working fine, pellets are feeding. Just burns for a while and then it's like the pellet won't catch fire
How does the fire look when its burning? Busy white hot flame? Lazy yellow/orange flame? Change in pellets?
Lazy yellow/orange Flame. Using eco blaze pellets. Never had a problem with them before. It runs fine for a while then it's like something is telling the auger to stop .
its starving for air. did you clean all the passages through the stove? hows the combustion blower is that clean? vent clean no blockage, dead kritters, bird nests?
Damper is wide open. I've cleaned every crack and crevice in this stove. I do notice the pellets dancing around in the fire box more than they use to.
When you say it shuts off, is the stove shutting down like a you turned it off or is it running out of pellets and burning out?
It sounds like I shut it off. Pellets stop feeding and it burns out. Almost identical to when it's manually shut off now that I think about it
Im wondering if the photo eye is failing. On the back of the control box is a plug at the top 2 yellow wires unplug it and on the control side put a jumper in the holes in the plug. Be carful and don’t let it touch any part of the stove. Then try running it and see if it acts normal
Its either that or the exhaust motor might be not up to snuff. My last thought would be your either getting intermittent connections on your thermostat jumper (it only works as an On/Off) or the board is pooched and it isn't getting a proper signal.

this is the flame at start up. But it doesn't stay continuous. It will die down and then light back up and then eventually stop feeding pellets
Ok im gonna have to get my test bench out and try my board and see if i can duplicate your issue.
You have a door switch that could be acting up,and a pressure switch that could be acting up.You can jumper them,and see if it stays running.
The pressure switch will stop your auger from feeding. That and the over heat switch are connected to the auger. No fuel, no fire. Have you cleaned out by the exhaust fan by removing it. Mine was absolutely stuffed with soot.
So I cleaned it several times. Vacuumed every space I could find. This was on Thursday. It finally stayed running until late Friday night. Worked perfect. It ran out of pellets late Friday night so I got up this morning and put a bag in and started it. Now it's doing the same thing all over again. Running for a while and shutting off on its own.
