Hi fw,
Not sure I understand your question, are you talking about the Profile 20 control board? If so,what version? The Pro 20 CB has the on/off, heat output and blower output touch pad on the face of it. On the bottom of the board, behind the little fold down door are the fine tune calibrations. I'm not aware of any "dip switches" .

The dip switches are located on the circuit board, visiable by removing the back plastic cover on circuit board inclosure. They are marked 1,2,3,4, and are the size of an IC. The circuit board is made by Index Sensors Controls Inc. (Profile 20 Ver. 1.13)

Hello FW,
Just wondering why you need to know about those. That is sealed off for a reason and shouldn't be messed with. Are you having troubles or just curious?

Both, I have the augar feed at max with the adjustments in back of the small door at the bottom of the control pannel. I suspect the pellet size required the adjustment change. The stove runs ok at this setting. Before I made the adjustment the pellet feed was erratic and fire would come close to going out because of lack of pellets. I know the augar motor is feeding, I had a volt meter across the motor and it's getting steady pulses, the shaft is also rotating with each pulse.
