Whitfield profile 20 issues.

I have a profile 20 I got not long ago. I can run it pretty steady on heat 2 and fan 3 but that's it. Only setting that will run. And the damper has to be pulled almost all the way out. Any help?

Sounds like it needs a deep cleaning
Partly blocked some where with ash
or ?

I'm about to take it back and ask for my money back. Only had it a month. I'll be calling them this week. Anyone have this problem then swap out the photo eye?

And yes I have cleaned it. Usually every weekend I go through and give it a real good cleaning
