I have cleaned every inch of this stove...eye, stove pipe, etc. Problem is it won't shut off and has to be unplugged from the wall...any suggestions? Main board?
Thank you

The Profile 20 uses a photo eye, to test to see if that is the problem, just unplug the yellow wires going into the top of the circuit board on the back. Once you do that plug the stove in and start it up. It should only run for a little over 14 minutes and then shut down like no fire is burning. If the stove does shut down after the 14 minute period then you probably have a bad photo eye. If the stove still will not shut down with the photo eye unplugged then you probably have a bad board.
